Well done, US. It wasn't a France '98 style embarrassment. It was nice to make it out of the group stage, but that was even expected. I think that El Tri are sick of losing to the Stars and Stripes (well, losing anywhere not named Estadio Azteca, anyhow). They've hired Sven Boring Eriksson for the next two years. Again, the failure of the USSF to hire Klinsi because he was "too expensive" simply rankles me. This is why we'll forever be a second-tier nation in soccer/football.
